1. Medical Management 💊
Methimazole / Propylthiouracil – reduce thyroid hormone production
Propranolol – control symptoms like tachycardia and tremor
Radioactive iodine I-131 – destroys overactive thyroid tissue
2. Surgical Management 🏥
Thyroidectomy (partial or total removal of thyroid gland)
