Nrseguru offers both:

• Digital products: eBooks, notes, quizzes, PDFs, courses, and certificates.

• Physical products: Printed notebooks, study materials, and merchandise (if applicable).

This policy explains the shipping and delivery expectations for both product types.

1. Digital Product Delivery

2.1 Delivery Method
Digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours via:

• In-app access (login-based)

• Download link via email or WhatsApp (for PDFs, certificates, etc.)

• Secure cloud access for enrolled courses and resources

2.2 Delivery Time

• Immediate access after payment for most resources

• For certificates: Delivered within 2–3 business days after course/quiz completion

2.3 Access Issues
If you experience any issue in accessing your digital purchase, contact support@nrseguru.in within 48 hours of purchase.

1. Physical Product Shipping (Printed Books, Merchandise)

3.1 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3.2 Shipping Time

• Standard delivery within India: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

3.3 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during special offers or bundled promotions.

3.4 Tracking & Notifications

• Customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

• You can track the status of your order using the courier tracking link provided.

3.5 Undelivered Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you.

• Re-shipping charges will apply unless the error was on our side.

3.6 Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

• We will initiate a free replacement or refund upon verification.

   Currently, Nrseguru does not support international shipping. All physical orders are shipped within India only.
