Nrseguru offers both digital and physical products:
a) Digital Products:

Notes, PDFs, ebooks, quizzes, revision guides, recorded classes, and certificates

Priced as one-time purchases or as part of a course/package
b) Physical Products:

Printed notebooks, assignment books, merchandise

Prices include base cost + applicable shipping (if any)

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.

Offers & Discounts

Promotional offers, coupon codes, or bundle pricing may be available periodically.

Offers are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Subscription Plans

Subscription services will clearly indicate billing frequency (monthly/yearly).

Users can cancel any subscription from their account settings before the renewal date.

Price Changes

Nrseguru reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

In-App Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play or other app stores are subject to their billing policies.

❌ Cancellation Policy

At Nrseguru, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations are handled for both digital and physical products.

Cancellation of Digital Products (Notes, PDFs, eBooks, Quizzes)

Digital products are non-cancellable once purchased.

As downloads or instant access is provided, cancellation or refund is not available after delivery.

Cancellation of Physical Product Orders

You may cancel a physical product order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

After 12 hours or post-dispatch, cancellations are not accepted. You may refer to the Return & Refund Policy for damaged/incorrect items.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

You will continue to have access until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for unused days.

Course or Certificate Cancellation

If enrolled in a paid course or certification, cancellations are not accepted once access has been granted.

However, if you face technical issues or accidental payments, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

To cancel a physical product order, subscription, or report an issue with digital access, please follow the steps below:

1.1 Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content are final. This includes:

Video lectures or course content

Digital certificates and downloadable study materials
Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, refunds will not be issued.
1.2 Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
We may consider refund requests in the following rare cases:

There was a major technical issue on our end that prevented access

2.1 Refund Eligibility
