At Nrseguru, we believe in transparent, fair, and student-friendly pricing. Our Pricing Policy ensures clarity on how our products and services are priced, billed, and delivered.

  1. Product Categories & Pricing

Nrseguru offers both digital and physical products:

a) Digital Products:

  • Notes, PDFs, ebooks, quizzes, revision guides, recorded classes, and certificates

  • Priced as one-time purchases or as part of a course/package

b) Physical Products:

  • Printed notebooks, assignment books, merchandise

  • Prices include base cost + applicable shipping (if any)

  1. Currency & Tax

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.

  1. Offers & Discounts

  • Promotional offers, coupon codes, or bundle pricing may be available periodically.

  • Offers are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

  1. Subscription Plans 

  • Subscription services will clearly indicate billing frequency (monthly/yearly).

  • Users can cancel any subscription from their account settings before the renewal date.

  1. Price Changes

  • Nrseguru reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

  • Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

  1. In-App Purchases

  • Purchases made through Google Play or other app stores are subject to their billing policies.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 08 May 2025

At Nrseguru, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations are handled for both digital and physical products.

  1. Cancellation of Digital Products (Notes, PDFs, eBooks, Quizzes)

  • Digital products are non-cancellable once purchased.

  • As downloads or instant access is provided, cancellation or refund is not available after delivery.

  1. Cancellation of Physical Product Orders

  • You may cancel a physical product order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, email nrseguru@gmail.com with subject: Cancel Order #[Order ID]

  • After 12 hours or post-dispatch, cancellations are not accepted. You may refer to the Return & Refund Policy for damaged/incorrect items.

  1. Subscription Cancellations 

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • You will continue to have access until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for unused days.

  1. Course or Certificate Cancellation

  • If enrolled in a paid course or certification, cancellations are not accepted once access has been granted.

  • However, if you face technical issues or accidental payments, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

🧾 How to Cancel Your Order or Subscription

To cancel a physical product order, subscription, or report an issue with digital access, please follow the steps below:

  1. For Physical Products (e.g., printed notebooks):

  • Timeframe: Within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Step: Email us at nrseguru@gmail.com

  • Subject Line: Cancel Order #[Your Order ID]

  • Include in Email:
     • Full Name
     • Registered Email ID
     • Order ID
     • Reason for Cancellation

  1. For Subscription-Based Services 

  • Go to your Nrseguru App Account → Settings → Subscriptions

  • Tap “Cancel Subscription” at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle

  • You’ll continue to have access until your current billing period ends

  1. For Accidental Purchases or Digital Content Issues:

  • Email t nrseguru@gmail.comwithin 24 hours

  • Include:
     • Full Name
     • Registered Email
     • Product or Course Name
     • Description of issue or accidental purchase

⏳ Processing Time:

  • Cancellation requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Approved cancellations (within the policy) will be processed promptly.

Note: Digital products once accessed/downloaded are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

🔁 Nrseguru Refund Policy

At Nrseguru, we aim to deliver high-quality educational resources and a satisfying learning experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are provided for purchases made via the Nrseguru mobile app or website.

  1. Digital Products (eBooks, Notes, PDFs, Courses, Certificates)

1.1 Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content are final. This includes:

  • Notes, PDFs, quizzes, revision guides

  • Video lectures or course content

  • Digital certificates and downloadable study materials

Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, refunds will not be issued.

1.2 Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
We may consider refund requests in the following rare cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same item

  • You paid for a course/resource but never received access within 48 hours

  • There was a major technical issue on our end that prevented access

To request a review, email: support@nrseguru.in within 24 hours of purchase. Include your:

  • Full name

  • Registered email

  • Order ID or transaction screenshot

  • Reason for refund request

  1. Physical Products (Printed Notebooks, Books, Merchandise)

2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds or free replacements will be issued in these cases:

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product or size

  • Your order was undelivered due to our error

2.2 Conditions

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product

  • You must send clear photos of the damaged/wrong item

  • Refund or replacement will be initiated after verification

2.3 Non-Refundable Physical Sales
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items you ordered incorrectly (e.g., selected the wrong variant)

  • Change of mind after order is shipped

  • Orders placed with incorrect address (unless corrected before shipping)

  1. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment

  • For UPI/Wallet payments, refunds reflect fastest; for cards/netbanking, timing may depend on your bank
